As a rule, there must be explicit consent of the person concerned about the processing of personal data.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF DATA PROCESSING WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE PERSON?

•    Data may be processed without the consent of the person if it is clearly stipulated in the laws.
•    If it is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person or someone else, who is unable to express his consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid.
•    In the event that it is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.
•    In case it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
•    In case the data has been made public by the person concerned
•    In the event that data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
•    In the event that data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

TRANSFERRING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred abroad with the express consent of the relevant person.

Transferring your personal data at home or abroad can be done if there is sufficient protection in the country where your personal data will be transferred. In the absence of adequate protection, we can carry out the transfer if the data controllers authorized in Turkey and the relevant foreign country commit in writing to an adequate protection and the consent of the Board is found.

We only transfer your personal data that you share with us to those counted in accordance with the Law and other applicable legislation, to our business partners, suppliers and performance assistants. Besides, where stipulated by legislation concerning regulatory and supervisory institutions and official authorities, we may also need to transfer them at home or abroad where necessary.

Your personal data is not shared with anyone other than the above-mentioned purposes, individuals and institutions and is stored safely by us.

THE METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR THE COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONEL DATA

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

The rights you have within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law are listed below:

a) Learning whether personal data has been processed,
b) Request information if personal data has been processed,
c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used for its purpose,
ç) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
d) Requesting correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data
e) Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data,
f) Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data or deletion or destruction of data, notification of third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) To demand compensation for damages in case of damages due to unlawful processing.

In order to contact you and prevent your information from being shared with unrelated third parties, it is important that your application contains accurate, real and current identity and address information and that documents confirming your identity are included in the application.
